We build custom tri suits for individuals, clubs and teams. Whether you want a one-off suit designed around you or a full team kit order, we handle it all — no minimum order, no compromises on quality.
Every suit is designed by Ben and Olivia. When you come to us you get assigned a designer and a direct point of contact — either Ben or Olivia. Not a ticket system, not a generic inbox. An actual person who knows your order from start to finish.
THE PROCESS
Don't worry if you have no idea what you want yet. That's completely fine and honestly where most people start. Ben or Olivia will put together a range of different style mock ups for you to look through so you can get a feel for what you're drawn to. From there we refine it together until it's exactly right.
Want your kit to match your bike? Send us some photos and we'll colour match it. Got sponsors or logos you want on the suit? Just send them through on WhatsApp and we'll place them exactly where you want. There's no limit on how many you can add.
No payment is taken until you are completely happy with the design and have confirmed it yourself. Once payment is made the design goes straight to our European manufacturers.
From there we keep you updated at every stage. The manufacturers will test print first and we'll check it with you before anything moves forward. Once that's confirmed it goes to stitching. When the completed suit arrives with us we'll have it posted out to you within 2 to 3 days.
For teams and groups we offer bulk pricing — the more you order the better the price per suit. Every team or group also gets their own kit shop if they want one, making it easy for members to order directly. We handle all individual orders and delivery ourselves so you don't have to. For bulk orders we can ship everything together.
Lead time is typically 4 to 6 weeks from design sign off to delivery.
IMPORTANT INFO: A note on availability
Custom kit is currently on pause while we go through a manufacturer transition. We're moving to a new supplier and we're not reopening custom orders until the quality is exactly where it needs to be. We won't rush it.
We don't have a confirmed date for when custom orders will reopen but if you're thinking about kit for next season we'd love to hear from you. We're building a waiting list now so we can get back to you as soon as we're ready to go.
